Formed Dries Advisors, LLC in 2023 after a 30-year career of successfully leading and transforming organizations. My passion is helping companies and individuals grow and succeed. My business is based on a foundation of trust, integrity, and building deep relationships to achieve exceptional results. Served as President of PharMerica from March 2019 to April 2022 and was instrumental in the $3.3 billion merger of PharMerica and BrightSpring by KKR and Walgreens in March 2019. Led the significant transformation at PharMerica to position the combined Company for continued growth and success (filed S-1 registration statement). Diversified PharMerica into eight pharmacy businesses, with a network of over 180 pharmacies, operating in 50 states with employees, and $4.4 billion in annual revenue. Achieved record level growth in revenue and EBITDA with a compound annual grow rate of 18% and 16%, while strengthening Company’s scale and enhancing quality and operational effectiveness.Served as CFO of PharMerica from January 2017 to March 2019. Led the $1.4 billion public to private transaction with KKR and Walgreens that was completed in December 2017.Senior executive at Omnicare and was instrumental in successfully building Company from $500 million to $6.5 billion in revenue. Omnicare was acquired by CVS Health in August 2015 for $12.3 billion.Began career at KPMG, provided auditing and consulting services to public and private companies.
