ABOUT ROBERT DIBIAS

Reliable, efficient, and highly organized analyst in fields of competitive intelligence, finance, operations, contracts and proposals in the Defense Industry• Thrives on finding and analyzing statistical trends to help deliver better guidance to managerial team• Leads multiple projects at once while orchestrating and coordinating inputs from multiple technical leads Currently I am a Principal Competitive Assessment & Price to Win analyst at Northrop Grumman, Space Systems where I conduct competitive and market research across the space industry in support of several Northrop Grumman divisions in an effort to win the highest value and most competitive captures. I am also a recent graduate of the University of Delaware MBA program with a concentration in International Business. Additionally, I graduated with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland. Prior to my current position, I worked for two years as a lead cost estimating analyst in the Tactical Space Systems Division putting together the cost volumes and pricing deliverables for both competitive and sole source proposals. Before that I was part of the Pathways Rotational Program at Northrop Grumman, Mission Systems sector in Baltimore, MD. During my time in Mission Systems I completed roles in finance, pricing, and contracts, as well as being selected for a stretch assignment in operations implementing World Class Manufacturing in the Surface Mount Technology cell. Before completing the rotational program I was the chair of the Pathways volunteer committee, developing and hosting virtual volunteering events during the pandemic.
