Over 43 years of experience as an executive manager, department head and program manager- Over 24 years of Pentagon experience working on and with high level staff directorates to include Headquarters Marine Corps, the Department of the Navy, the Services, the Joint Staff and many of the directorates within the Office of the Secretary of Defense- Extensive experience with the development of new programs (including strategic planning, resource management, and requirements analysis), program budget anaylysis and force structure analysis- Strong experience in tactical Aviation (AV8B Harrier) to include all facets of expeditionary operations and aircraft maintenance- Extensive government relations experience supporting all Pratt & Whitney Military Engines business units to include the F135 program for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter- Current TS ClearanceSpecialties: Expert in all matters pertaining to Department of Defense PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution) process. Experienced in DoD Acquisition process (DoD series), the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Force Structure analysis. Significant experience with wargamming to include development, execution and facilitation.
