Following two years as the LIBOR Discontinuation programme business sponsor for a major FTSE100 asset manager, I have now set up as an independent consultant in order to share my expertise and experience with those firms currently navigating away from LIBOR to the new risk free rate (RFR) ecosystem. As well as leading a team with responsibility for identifying and managing all aspects of the firm\'s LIBOR exposures, I also had the honour of representing the firm on the Bank of England\'s RFR working group and sub working groups. The knowledge and understanding gained through these experiences has brought me and other subject matter experts to the conclusion that - unlike many other major regulatory-driven change programmes - addressing the challenges of LIBOR discontinuation is optimally achieved by those with appropriate front-office investment experience and leadership.Working in collaboration with my friends and colleagues at Devlin Mambo LLP, I am excited to bring our combined experience and technical capabilities to the market place. In particular, I am privileged to be part of a team with a front-office mindset to managing all aspects of the end-to-end investment process - a crucial aspect in the successful delivery of a LIBOR discontinuation programme.Free timeWhen I am not working in financial services, I am a volunteer pilot flying charitable missions for the Sky Watch Civil Air Patrol
