   Bella Dura Architectural Stone and Architectural Creations are sister companies. Owners Robert Day and Mary Kay Davis specialize in architectural custom design in stone carved from the rich natural resource of limestone quarried from the Yucatan of Mexico. Bella Dura is a thirty-three year old company with it\'s own quarrying and fabrication facilities in the Yucatan. Our plant provides the facility to custom carve any and all natural stone detail of any size and to produce exquisite old world carved detail and stone details for any contemporary setting. Architectural Creations is the Design Division for Bella Dura specializing in three dimensional custom designs. This service provides the client the opportunity to have architectural appointments and details in our natural stones designed and scaled to the environment they are creating. The galleries are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Monterrey, Mexico. Our limestone from the Yucatan is displayed as it would be applied in any architectural setting. Columns, ballusters, wall cladding, floors, crown and base molding, window surrounds, fireplaces, fountains, and other sculptural creations are featured. Our galleries are open for viewing by appointment only.
