I am a Valuation Professional with a Certified General Appraisal license, with 15 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation in New York City. My expertise covers a wide range of property types, including large and small multifamily buildings, retail, office buildings, industrial properties, vacant land, mixed-use developments, medical offices, office cooperatives and condominiums, nursing homes, luxury residences, new construction, and affordable housing.
