As a Project Director with 40+ years of industrial construction experience, I’m proud to have helped lead award-winning projects across the petrochemical, power, solar, and LNG sectors. I was honored to be named one of ENR’s 2024 Top 25 Newsmakers, and even prouder to see our Baytown Supermodule Furnace Project recognized among ENR’s Best of the Best for innovation and excellence. Being part of PCL Construction’s record-breaking year — and helping build strong, safe, high-performing teams — has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career.

   The Furnace Island project involves the construction of seven 48M cracking furnaces. PCL is self-performing key aspects of the work, including structural steel erection, piping, electrical, and instrumentation installation. Additionally, PCL oversees piping specialty item procurement, steel fabrication, and piping fabrication, while subcontracting the assembly of 63 piping modules. This comprehensive approach highlights PCL\'s capabilities in delivering complex, large-scale industrial projects.
