   As Principal and Director of Engineering at Taney Engineering Mr. Cunningham has over 20 years of civil engineering design and project management experience for a wide range of public and private projects. He has served as Project Manager/Design Engineer for several land development projects for single family and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial parks, educational facilities and master plan community developments. More specifically, Mr. Cunningham’s technical experience includes project management, full design improvement plans (grading, utility, traffic, horizontal control, street plan and profile) for approval with local municipalities, governing entities, hydraulic modeling of domestic and fire protection water system networks, and design of flood control facilities in accordance to the Clark County Regional Flood District criterion, storm drains conveyance, water and sewer networks. In addition to his technical expertise, he has a broad range of experience as a project manager overseeing the design and preparation of technical plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
