ABOUT ROBERT CROSS
I am from the Wirral Peninsula, currently living in Liverpool. I like to read, watch football, keep fit and have an interest in computing with a focus on hardware and networking. I also practice mindfulness, an important activity for mental health. I started my career in banking but developed an interest in the property industry; and have never looked back. Property fascinates me and I love the history surrounding old buildings and the modern technology used in new builds. My interest in property stems from my love of history. I like the stories that surround buildings and the people of the past that we can learn from. In my current role at Ad Hoc Property Management, we look after all types of buildings, so I get my property ‘fix’ often. My current role allows me to help people; often people will come to me looking to save money on accommodation with a goal in mind (such as buying their own house or paying exam tuition). It is very rewarding to see people achieve their goals and leave our property in a positive and more rewarding situation.
