On my ride to work in the mornings I think about the upcoming challenges my team will experience and how to overcome those challenges. I enjoy being in a position where I can influence improvements to processes that make the organization stronger and more efficient. I’m a champion of the company’s mission and goals and will place personnel in a role that is best for them as well as the organization.
