Associate Director, Collaborations and Applications @Biomodal
Cambridge, GB
Lead team of Scientists and Informaticians executing Collaborations and Applications to further the use of biomodal\'s technology. Examples: Academic collaborations for peer-reviewed publication, collaboration with ecosystem partners (e.g. alternative sequencing platforms), demonstration of applications or challenging sample types (e.g. liquid biopsy, FFPE) and generation of marketing collateral (e.g. poster presentations, tech notes). Also support ad hoc customer sample evaluation processing requests.biomodal\'s technology allows simultaneous detection of genetics and epigenetics at single base resolution [A, C, T, G, 5mC & 5hmC]. Application areas include: liquid biopsy, neurodegenerative disease, cellular rejuvenation and the study or design of cellular differentiation.
