I’m a Senior UX and Service Designer specialising in complex internal systems, operational platforms, and workflow-driven digital environments.I help organisations turn fragmented processes into structured, usable digital systems that support real-world decision-making and day-to-day operational performance. My focus is less on surface visuals and more on structure, flows, and usability under real constraints — particularly in multi-role, data-heavy, and business-critical environments.Through my consultancy, Platinum Designs Ltd (PDGUK), I work embedded within client teams alongside product owners, engineers, and operational stakeholders. I design tools that improve clarity, reduce cognitive load, and align digital platforms with how organisations actually function.My work typically involves:• Mapping complex workflows and service processes• Designing internal platforms and operational tools• Structuring multi-role systems with clear permissions and responsibilities• Creating dashboards and decision-support interfaces• Translating messy real-world processes into usable digital servicesAlongside this, I apply AI-assisted tools and automation in a practical way — improving structured content workflows, documentation processes, and system efficiency without losing sight of human decision-making and accountability.I also bring a broader background across digital design, branding, and print production, which helps me understand how internal systems connect with customer-facing services and real-world delivery.I’m particularly interested in working on platforms where usability, clarity, and reliability genuinely matter — including complex enterprise systems, operational environments, and service transformation programmes.
