As an environmental and water resources engineer with more than two decades of experience across the U.S. and Australia, I focus on practical, collaborative solutions that restore natural systems and strengthen infrastructure resilience.In my roles, I’ve guided engineers, geologists, and scientists toward practical, sustainable outcomes. From strategic planning through design and delivery, I work to translate client and community vision into projects that create lasting impact.My work throughout the Southeast—spanning stormwater, wetland restoration and sediment management, dam removal, remediation and industrial compliance, and resilience planning—has reinforced my belief that lasting success comes from relationships and stewardship as much as from technical design.Whether serving as a project manager, mentor, or community partner, I bridge disciplines and perspectives through clear communication, delivering results that are technically sound, ecologically meaningful, and locally supported. I’m committed to mentoring emerging professionals and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.Beyond my professional work, I serve on boards and initiatives advancing watershed restoration and sustainable development, including my upcoming role as a RiverLink Board Member. Raised in rural Australia and now rooted in Western North Carolina, I aim to keep contributing to the shared effort of designing resilient landscapes and communities that can adapt and prosper.

   I provide project management and technical services to a range of projects such as high-hazard dam management, lake dredging and restoration, and stormwater system assessments. I am the USEPA listed Project Coordinator for CERCLA Superfund site where I provide project management services and act as liaison to the USEPA.
