Bridge Engineer/Project Manager for Jacobs based out of our Reno. NV office. PE licensed in Oregon, California, and Nevada with over 15 years of experience. Experience is comprised of over 13 years at CH2M/Jacobs and 2 years at the Nevada Department of Transportation as a Rotational Engineer.Design experience includes seismic isolation retrofits, column jacketing retrofits, pre-cast pre-stressed girders, voided slabs, timber bridges, cast-in-place slabs, cast-in-place reinforced box girders, cast-in-place post-tensioned box girders, and steel railway bridges. Well versed in AASHTO LRFD Design Code as well as AASHTO LFD Design Code. Other code experience includes Caltrans Seismic Design Criteria, ACI 318, AISC Steel design, CBC, ADA, and the IBC. Project experience includes efforts in Oregon, Nevada, California, Texas, Hawaii, Illinois, and Dubai.BS (\'08) and MS (\'11) are both from the University of Nevada, Reno. Specialties: finite element modeling, seismic design, steel design, concrete and pre-stressed concrete, seismic isolation, and timber design.
