   Function as the on-site Subject Matter Expert on all ORR contractual training requirements. • Oversee all aspects of training in Migrant Services – both training provided by the Training Department, specialized training provided within individual departments and externally-provided training that is required of any staff. • Supervise the training team, including all staff of the training department any other staff who have a primary training responsibility though housed in another department. • Ensure that the training records are accurate, up-to-date, and reportable to the Director of Training and Compliance. • Design and develop curricula to meet project and staff learning needs of Migrant Services projects and programs. • Oversee the completion of weekly and monthly training reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Observe staff conducting training in Migrant Services to provide evaluation, constructive feedback and quality improvement.
