Robert Collawn is the Founder and CEO of Ecovest Enterprises, built on the principle that efficient real estate operations can generate both environmental benefits and superior financial returns. Under Ecovest’s aegis are three key ventures: • Ecovest Properties, LLC (formerly Roc Properties, RocHenge, et al), a premier real estate brokerage and property management firm established in 1979 in Denver, Colorado. After 34 successful years, Ecovest relocated to Colorado Springs. Collawn has been a Colorado Real Estate Managing Broker since 1978. • Ecobilt LLC, specializing in the renovation, recycling, and enhancement of residential and commercial properties through sustainable maintenance, design, and construction. • Ecovest Investments, a seasoned commercial real estate syndicator and operator, owning 97 properties with over units and 3 million square feet. Since 1979, Ecovest has delivered impressive annual IRRs of 29% per annum for high-net-worth individuals. Beyond Ecovest, Collawn is the CEO & Director of Cosigo Resources, Ltd, a publicly traded junior mining enterprise with operations in Nevada, Canada, Colombia, and Brazil. Cosigo has offices in Victoria (Canada), Colorado Springs (USA), and Bogotá (Colombia). Education & Leadership Collawn\'s global upbringing took him from Cuba, Switzerland, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia to the U.S, where he attended Mt. Hermon Academy in Massachusetts before earning a BS in Business (Real Estate & Finance) from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1976. In 2017, he expanded his expertise through the Harvard Business School YPO-WPO Executive Education colloquium in Boston. His leadership extends to various prestigious roles, including: • Board of Advisors, University of Colorado Business School & Health Sciences (1998–2007) • Past Chairman, Cherry Creek Business Improvement District • Board Member, Governmental Affairs & Economic Development Committee, Denver Board of Realtors • Co-Chairman, Colorado Symphony Orchestra Ball (2007), raising a record $1.3M for the CSO • King of the Montezuma Ball (2014), raising $1.1M for charities • Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Exchange AGA (American Gemological Institute), and CACI’s \"50 for Colorado\" leadership class.
