I am a Roofing/Façade/Waterproofing Consultant and Project Manager for Technical Assurance, a specialty consulting, engineering and project management firm for building enclosure and parking restoration projects. Practice areas include a considerable focus on solving building system deficiencies, including roofs, facades, fenestrations, below-grade structures, parking areas and multi-level parking structures. My current responsibilities include development of, and assistance on, roofing and building envelope projects for core and federal markets.Technical Assurance is a unique building enclosure consulting firm based in Ohio, serving clients in 44 states throughout the U.S. We provide facilities consulting, engineering and project management services ranging from forensic engineering services to the development of multi-year comprehensive capital maintenance and replacement programs. We believe that the management of complex facility assets should be simple. Through our proactive and programmatic approach to facility management, we help our clients lower their Total Cost of Ownership.
