My name is Rob Clarke and I have been a practising Hypnotherapist for 15 years now, based in Poole, Dorset. I specialise in helping people of all ages and backgrounds to overcome – amongst many other things- anxiety, depression, eating disorders and stress, as well as helping people to stop smoking. I have a considerable interest in the way people’s minds work and how we can utilise different techniques to change their thinking patterns and turn old thinking styles round, resulting in a happier and more relaxed individual. As well as being a trained Hypnotherapist I am also a qualified Life Coach, and I am extremely passionate about using my skills and experience to guide people along the right path in both their work and personal lives, helping them to achieve their goals.From working with people over the past 15 years and from my own personal experiences I feel I have acquired a large amount of knowledge and an exceptional skill set that allows me to help and guide people from all walks of life. I am non-judgmental, genuine and caring, and I tailor each and every one of my sessions to cater for the individual and their needs. Confidentiality is extremely important in my area of work and I absolutely observe this at all times.
