We help individuals protect their loved ones — including veterans, nurses, truckers, retirees, and people actively looking for life insurance.We are looking for young, driven, coachable individuals who want to build serious income. This is not passive income. This is hard work.The Role:This is a high-activity sales position:• 400–600 calls per day• 6 days per week• Agents average ~3 sales a week, doing 400-600 calls per day, 6 days a week once trained, if you’re following the system and script. Consistency = income.Income Potential (our office alone)• Avg commission per 16+ agents earning $150k+• 8 agents earning $400k+• 2 agents with $1M+ personal books• 2 agency builders doing $10M+ in businessResults depend on effort, skill, and consistency.What we provide• Steady lead flow• Full training, scripts, and mentorship• We mentor ~30 agents at a time• Remote flexibility• Path to build your own brokerageWe’re hiring up to 50 new agents every 90 days, so training spots are structured and time is limited.Anyone can do this, not anyone will.
