   As some of you may know, I made a career change recently and will be working with CESO Inc, a land development focused firm headquartered in Dayton, Ohio with 10 offices across the East Coast. I am extremely excited for this next chapter in my career and look forward to sharing my news and excitement with you in person, if I get that opportunity. I have heard a lot of different rumors floating around the Charlotte market over the past few weeks so I wanted to share my news with you directly via this platform. I also wanted to let you know that CESO did not acquire my previous employer, but rather this is a new opportunity for me, and CESO was the perfect landing place.
