   With over 20 years of experience in munitions management, I have played a pivotal role in updating specifications and managing procurements at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division. My collaboration with the Marines Corps, Air Force and Army has resulted in the successful development of Technical Data Packages, ensuring high-quality standards and operational readiness.I assist in the configuration management team in creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs), including engineering drawings, specifications, and key documents for munitions components development. I also support Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) by evaluating their impact on system performance, cost, and schedule. This role requires a strong grasp of munitions technology and effective collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.Additionally, I coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all configuration management activities followed established procedures and policies, maintaining technical data integrity and traceability throughout the lifecycle of munitions components. This includes facilitating audits, tracking change requests, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
