ABOUT ROBERT CALVELEY

Over 25 years of experience in leading Business Intelligence integration and deployment projects with expertise in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data. With outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience building very strong relationships up to CXO level. Some of my non-technical skills include Pre Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Strategic and project management. I have also experience responding to RFI’s and RFP’s. I Interact with business users and manage client relationships naturally. Conduct workshops to train IT teams and end users. Exceptional presentation skills with both technical and non-technical content. An entrepreneur at heart I am a very strong people manager and team leader having built, managed and been a senior member in teams throughout my career. With a great instinct for how to get things done in the right way and bringing along the right people to do it.Having worked in many different sectors, including finance, Retail, education, local government, marketing, Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering and logistics. I have benefitted from a great deal of consultancy experience and collaboration tools such as Jira and confluence within my may career to date. Within the projects I have undertaken obviously I have exposure to many project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.Throughout the many diverse projects, I have experienced many different BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview, OBIEE and Tableau with obviously SAP BO/BI being my main skill set. My focus has always been to put the right information into the hands of the people who need it to make critical business decisions
