SALES: Marketing our own consultants. Posting the Consultants Profiles on Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Indeed and client portals. Checking for the right requirement that matches our consultant profiles posted on Indeed, Dice and monster and the requirement comes from vendors. Checking with my consultants whether they are comfortable with the job description. Submitting our consultant resume for the appropriate job posting along with contact information. After the client submission, checking for updates with vendors and updating to my consultant. If any interview slots were arranged, Will take an email confirmation from the vendor to keep the time slots open and make our consultant fully prepared for the interview Telephonic or Face 2 Face may follow interview. If he confirms for the project, Sending the Consultants SSN for Back ground check and next followed by PO with the start date and etc. Sending the PO to the respective company and get it sign and Fax it back. Finally takes the responsibility of our consultant to reach the clients place and whom to meet on the initial day of the project.RECRUITING: My responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing and hiring of IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT services industry. Use to serve high profiled clients in USA. Used to screen candidates according to the requirement. Maintained an efficient database, with the help of which I could successfully deliver right IT people in right time. I worked with IT consultants of various experience levels on.Net, Java/J2ee, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, data warehousing, mainframes, testing tools, Cisco etc. While screening the suitable candidates for the job requirements, I have used various IT job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Corp-to-Corp, hot jobs, Dice, Indeed etc. I have negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099 and Contract-W2.
