   I founded DAK Poultry, a Senegal-based agribusiness focused on sustainable poultry production, local job creation, and food security. I bootstrapped and led the business from concept to launch, overseeing infrastructure development, supplier sourcing, staffing, and operational workflows.We built systems to scale production from an initial birds to over with a growth strategy to reach through a distributed model using rented facilities. We are designing and implementing a bilingual, mobile-friendly data system to track key metrics across production, finance, logistics, and animal health.We developed reinvestment and capital strategies to support scale-up, while managing day-to-day operations including processing and delivery logistics to maintain quality and hygiene standards. We launched both direct-to-consumer and B2B sales channels, serving households and market vendors across Senegal.We also shaped a clear brand and investment narrative that positions DAK Poultry as a scalable, transparent, and impact-driven agribusiness. We launched our facility in Kaniack in May 2025 and another facility in Bandia in July 2025.We are currently leading expansion efforts and preparing the business for institutional funding rounds.
