As a Trainer of Yoga Therapists and Yoga Teachers, I guide people to empower others to live their optimal life physically, mentally and spiritually. Our Comprehensive Yoga Therapy Training Program has amazing graduates as does our in-depth Yoga Teacher Training program. We are leading Retreats in Costa Rica and around the country. I give lectures based on my five books ranging from Meditation to Leadership, from Spiritual living to healthy relationships. On the side, I love teaching young Surfers how to apply these ideas to their surfing and then to their lives!
