About Robert Brothers
Pacific Rim has a long history of serving the nonprofit community, when I took over ownership, I focused the company almost exclusively on not only servicing nonprofits, but providing real solutions for their direct mail fundraising campaigns. Since 1969 we have mailed thousands of appeals and have developed the in-house expertise to provide real value to our client relationships, often our conversations with clients involve campaign strategy and managing fundraising goals. We are much more than a print or mail organization, but we are not an agency either, so no management, consulting or monthly retainer fees! Just results. Now, over 90% of our clients are nonprofit organizations. We do business with well over 200 nonprofits around Los Angeles. We offer clients the benefits of a full service production environment, but also we focus in three core areas: 1. We work with clients to help them identify and manage their direct mail goals. Review opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining fundraising goals. Introduce opportunities to increase average gift size, ROI, and a methodology for developing major gift prospects. We choose to work with the nonprofit community because we enjoy the work, we enjoy the client relationships, and we share their values.
