I have been fortunate to have had great experiences at a wide range of diverse properties of both hotels and resorts in various settings. Experiences include destination resorts of over guest rooms and over sq. ft. of indoor meeting space. Also, downtown locations of large cities, suburban properties including one that averaged over 120 weddings annually and airport properties as well. My experience includes Major Brands as well as Independent and Lifestyle properties. These great properties have provided me with a wealth of experiences that I have evolved over the years to be able to enhance my knowledge in nearly all situations and different types of markets and hotels & resorts. I have a proven background of achieving goals and exceeding Owner expectations and have garnered numerous awards at nearly every company I have worked with. I have passion to develop others and have a long history of being part of many executive committee promotions including General Managers. I believe strongly in employee engagement and satisfaction and have made great improvements at every property I have been a part of.
