With over 20 years of experience in hospital operations, I am a healthcare leader who is passionate about improving patient safety, quality, and efficiency. As the Vice President of Hospital Operations at Miami Valley Hospital, I oversaw the strategic planning, budgeting, and performance improvement of multiple clinical and non-clinical departments, including surgical services, emergency services, pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology. I leveraged my expertise in electronic health records (EHR) to implement innovative solutions that enhanced patient care, reduced errors, and increased productivity. I also partnered with physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
