Having worked across multiple Supply Chain Management business models; industry, management consulting and supply chain software, Robert possesses a holistic perspective of supply chain management challenges, best practice, and state-of-the-art software enablement. Most recently, Robert has focused on simplifying, modernizing, and automating the supply chain at Charlotte’s Web, an industry-leading manufacturer of CBD wellness products. Robert defined, planned, and executed an integrated set of performance improvement initiatives which collectively, establish a foundation upon which the Charlotte’s Web supply chain can more effectively scale with targeted growth of the business and respond to changing market conditions and customer requirements. While in the software industry, Robert was instrumental in driving key areas of improvement, including supply chain management best practices & consulting skills, value selling & financial acumen, product demonstration, as well as resource learning & development. In addition to driving efforts related to practice building, Robert interacts with key stakeholders within strategic accounts to align requirements, capabilities, and operational & financial impact of proposed technology investments. While in Management Consulting, Robert worked for two decades with global clients successfully creating value for their companies and shareholders by:• identifying, quantifying, and capitalizing on supply chain management improvement opportunities• developing and leading diverse teams involved in detailed analysis, design, and implementation efforts across various functional areas • creating and leveraging strategic customer and supplier relationships• building and integrating new lines of businessRobert is currently seeking a leadership position within a growth-oriented company in which to leverage over thirty-five years of supply chain management experience.
