I am a Qualified Mediator (QMED), Conciliator, Arbitrator, Moisture Control Technician (MCT), Concrete Technician and a prior Canada Mortgage and Housing building inspector. I\'ve recently spent 11 years with The Alberta New Home Warranty Program as a Senior Inspector, Conciliator / Mediator resolving residential construction issues between builders and new homeowners. I am familiar with all aspects of residential building systems within new and existing housing stock. I have also worked with rehabilitation of historical structures and provided consulting services to The Alberta Historical Society. I currently provide consulting and investigative reports for the residential and small commercial building industry in regards to building envelope, foundation, structural, mold remediation recommendations and general building forensic investigations. I am also able to provide on-site training services for warranty representatives and construction supervisory personnel to resolve construction issues, either in person or remotely via Skype. As an interest, I am involved in research with Immunocal (Glutathione Enhancement).
