General oversight and management of all aspects of the RAC’s Archival Program consisting of approximately thirty archives professionals, three storage locations, over cubic feet of analog collections, and ever expanding born-digital collections.• Member of the RAC’s senior leadership team consisting of the President, Director of Archives, Director of Research & Engagement, and Director of Human Resources & Operations. In 2023, this group implemented structural and policy changes and developed the RAC’s new Mission, Vision, and Values statements following the conclusion of a multi-year institutional review process that engaged staff at all levels.• Responsible for managing collections development activities and relationships with external records donor organizations and individuals. To date, I have obtained and administered grants totaling over $7 million from organizations including the Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, Knight Foundation, Hewlett Foundation, Commonwealth Fund, Henry Luce Foundation, Simons Foundation, and Leon Levy Foundation.• Substantially expanded the RAC\'s collections of records documenting the history of philanthropy such that the RAC is now a collecting organization that is international in scope, reach, and reputation.• Responsible for leading the RAC’s responses to legal issues, discovery requests, and high-profile media requests related to holdings and for serving as primary point of contact for the legal counsel of the RAC’s active records donor organizations. • Advocate for and work closely with foundations and other non-profit organizations to develop information governance and records management programs that are responsive to legal, compliance, and knowledge management demands and that result in the creation of institutional archives.• Collaborated with external to organize the highly successful and influential 2019 and 2023 Advancing Foundation Archives Conferences.
