I represent contractors and owners in construction claims, counsel clients in many industries concerning commercial contract obligations, and represent clients with regard to liability and indemnity claims arising from their contract performance. In addition, I have years of experience counseling and defending law firms and individual attorneys concerning professional responsibility issues. I also represent creditors in workouts and bankruptcy litigation, including preferences, offsets, and claims concerning property of the estate.Throughout my career, I have lectured and taught continuing legal education programs on issues of professional responsibility, including conflicts of interest, fee agreements, fiduciary duties, confidentiality, privilege, and multi-jurisdictional law practices.At Nixon Peabody, we see 21st century law as a tool to help shape our clients’ futures.
