About Robert Bigley
After establishing the music performance program at Lancaster Bible College in 2007, I was tapped by the institution to become the founding Executive Director of the college’s new downtown performing arts center in 2013. All the while, I have continued to build my résumé as a professional actor both on stage and screen. Although I have always seen myself as more of a catalyst, my career demonstrates that I am not only able to start something new, but am also capable of sustaining a successful endeavor over the course of several years. Naturally gifted as an encourager, I have proven success as a leader and team-builder. I am a visionary with a track record of imagining and implementing new projects, curriculum, and community engagement.
