Lead Mechanical Engineer on a large scale EUV 13.5 nm Manufacturing Tool Development Project which is now Operational. Lead Assembly Engineer assembling million dollar optics for our customer. I was the lead Mechanical Engineer on the development team on a large project. I designed the Assembly hardware system to assemble large precision optics into their mounts using a PI hexapod for micron position control and 10 um/s slowest velocity during touchdown. We are now shopping product to our customer to integrate in their tools for EUV production.
