   737-800 BOEING CONVERTED FREIGHTER NOV 2023 - PRESENTResponsible for managing 737-800 passenger aircraft freighter conversion at a new modification site and managing the sales of the largest freighter customers.• Implemented a culture change between the Supplier and Boeing where there was a 50% reduction in modification time on the aircraft.• Became the Requirement Interface Manager between the Supplier and Boeing.737MAX UNITED WHITE TAIL PROGRAM SEPT 2022 - NOV 2023Responsible for executing and managing the Profit and Loss of a program that converted 19 previously sold configured Boeing aircraft and modifying those aircraft to a United configuration. This was the most significant modification Boeing has undergone, with 65 and 80 service bulletins per aircraft, all required to meet production-level quality standards. This Project value totaled around $1B. • Managed two assembly/modification lines outside the factory (Kelowna, BC and Goodyear, Arizona) to complete 19 new aircraft for United Airlines.• Led and enabled a team of Engineers, Mechanics, Executives, and Finance to meet delivery commitments in 2023 for United, accounting for 10% of all 737 deliveries for the Boeing Company in December 2022.• Set the stage for my supplier to win the Boeing Supplier of the Year award for Safety and Quality.
