I am a Quality Engineer with over 30 years of experience ensuring compliance, improving supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement across the rail, automotive, plastics, and cable industries. My career has been built on reducing defects, strengthening supplier relationships, and delivering Right First Time results that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.I bring expertise in PFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, 8D problem solving, and supplier quality development. As a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, I have led numerous internal and supplier audits, embedding compliance and continuous improvement practices across organizations. I am also skilled in training delivery, data analysis, and reporting, using tools such as Excel, SAP, BEON, and KVS to turn quality data into actionable insights.At Unipart, I lead audits, manage supplier defect investigations, and support cost of poor quality initiatives while contributing to safety and well-being programs. At Prysmian Group, I developed tailored quality plans, coordinated PFMEA initiatives, and achieved product approval with customers such as BAE Systems. During 12 years at Bentley Motors, I managed supplier audits, supported launch readiness for bespoke Mulliner builds, and resolved supplier issues to ensure VW Group standards were met. Earlier roles in plastics and food packaging gave me hands-on technical experience in laboratory management, polymer processing, and rotational molding.I hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and am progressing toward Green Belt certification, along with training in GD & T, SPC, and health & safety.
