I have been a highly succesful Practice Manager since 2003 and have worked in both the Northamptonshire & Derbyshire Authorities. Over this time I have led and Project managed my practices through a number of significant organisational changes, including the change to Emis Web clinical system and the introduction of Electronic Prescribing. While at the same time keeping the Practice Business running smoothley. I have also been involved in setting up and running Any Qualified Provider contracts for organisations. Prior to this I held a number of senior management roles in the Private sector, before transferring my skills to Primary care.
