ABOUT ROBERT SCHULZE

With my experience in taxes and finance, my certification (degree) as assistant tax consultant, and my healthy obsession with finance related topics, I consider myself to be a Swiss Army Knife of accouting. It all started back in 2012 when I decided to start my education (Duale Ausbildung) as an assistant tax consultant. After graduating, I decided to work for tax consultants until 2018 when I found my start in the wonderful and slightly chaotic world of startups.Fast forward to today, where I spend every day optimizing finance and accounting processes and inspiring my team. It motivates me to see how my work influences my team and my company. Here I manage to have a direct impact on the development of my team members and thus improve, for example, the processes of daily work and the outcome for my department.Currently I am the Team Lead Accounts Payables at everphone – a Tech company that specializes in devices (e.g. smartphones) as a service.As the company’s Team Lead Accounts Payables, I focus on- digitization of accounting processes- quality management of financials and monthly and annual reports- working with all departments, as well as tax advisors and auditors to produce reliable financial statements. In my free time, I do a lot of sports or further my education, but I also enjoy experiencing new things, exploring the city or just spending time with friends and family.
