S. Virgin Islands. He was also involved in the Avondale DeLaval Turbine case involving multiple turbine engine damages due to product design in LASH vessels. He has lectured on maritime law to many professional organizations, including “Practical Problems in Maritime Practice,” which he presented to the Maritime Law Association. Mr. Acomb has also been involved in legal education. He is a faculty member for Tulane University Law School’s Civil Pre-Trial Litigation Intersession Boot Camp as well as a substitute adjunct professor in Personal Injury & Death 2.
