I am responsible for installing client software on Windows server 2012 R2 during upgrades and monthly updates that need to be applied to multiple development and production environments. After the updates are applied, we are responsible for testing the application during SDLC We maintain those server to make sure they get patched on a monthly basis. I am responsible for maintaining daily operationional task by building items within the epic application, and doing tier 2 support tickets for issues within Service Now the ticketing system. This may involve working with vendors or collaboration across teams to get the issues resolved.
