Part of the newly formed Property Team overseeing all of Virgin’s Real Estate interests with a focus on the construction and development elements • Managing all internal construction projects throughout the portfolio including works in the UK, USA, British Virgin Islands, Spain, and South Africa • Accountable for the delivery of projects from inception through to completion including compiling the initial Brief, appointing onsite Client Team and Consultants, leading the Design process, recruiting staff, tendering contracts, managing budgets, procurement, programmes, quality, and dealing with the Client • Actively running tracking budgets, final account forecasting, procurement schedules, and programmes • Responsible to the Virgin Management Board for all aspects of the Group’s Real Estate Development
