Duties:• General manager of both hotels with daily supervision of all departments• Direct responsibility for all areas involved – sales, revenue management, budgeting, F&B• Overlook all operations on a daily basis and interact with my head of departments• Entertain guests upon arrival and during their stay, ensuring the highest service standards• Personally check the quality of room cleaning and restaurant & bar food/drink standards• Direct responsibility for pricing in all areas: room rates, contracts, menus, in-house facility• Interview future employees and carry out a yearly assessment on head of departments• Reporting to the Managing Director of the company
