   Build, support and maintain the Healthix VMware virtualized server farm (180 Linux and Windows servers). Duties include troubleshooting operating system break/fix scenarios and performing system improvements. • Provide RedHat 6 and 7 administration and support• Provide Windows server 2012, 2016 administration and support• Provide InterSystems HealthShare application Support to Healthix interface developer and production support teams.• Perform the primary duties as the primary data storage administrator for Healthix on a NetApp ONTAP platform (8.x, 9.x). Perform NetApp application upgrades and maintenance.• Built the NetApp Cloud ONTAP instance (9.x) on AWS cloud services for the Healthix Disaster Recovery strategy. Configured Disaster Recovery data replications from the co-location datacenter to AWS Gov West and AWS US East).• Heavily contributed in the design, build, configuration of many key applications used at Healthix, including NetApp, VMware, InterSystems HealthShare, Sophos Safeguard and CyberArk applications using vendor best practices.• Provide infrastructure/application security hardening based on HITRUST and HIPAA protection best practices. • Contributed to policies and procedures, specifically for HITRUST. Manage infrastructure security hardening.• User account management using Active Directory and AD360 applications for Healthix and Healthix vendors• Perform after hours on-call duties with the goal of 99.1% uptime.
