Choice Financial Group is an aggressively acquisitive PE backed insurance and financial services rollup focused in both the retail and wholesale spaces. I am the Principal Agent and Compliance officer for our national individual family and senior products contracts with ANTHEM, UNITED HEALTHCARE, HUMANA, AETNA, CLEARSPRING HEALTH, VIRGINIA PREMIER, CIGNA, and OPTIMA HEALTH. I oversee the Individual Medical and Senior Business P/L - both our partner channel (approximately 1k agencies) and across our retail and wholesale mix of 36 brick and mortar locations in VA, NC, SC, DE, WV, GA, NJ, PA, OH, NY, NH, FL, CA, and IN. Reporting directly to me are shared resources in Va Beach and Richmond - Business Systems Mgr; Medicare Broker Mgr; Individual Health Broker Mgr; Agency Recruiting; and Safe Harbor Production. Working in close coordination with my counterpart who heads Commercial, I report directly to the VP of Benefits. In 2020, I was pulled in to help the team merge two iconic General Agency powerhouses into Choice Broker Services and lead the Sr. and Individual health markets. As the SR market Principal Agent and Compliance officer, I perpetually consolidate and improve brokerage and carrier relationships, better processes and systems, and manage agency support capabilities to relieve agency partner bottlenecks and enhance their business and go to market capabilities. We continue to sign blockbuster partners while honoring legacy agencies to crush our tactical goals and KPI\'s, ever improving our geographic and market footprints to grow revenue and mitigate risk for our partners and ourselves.
