As part of Plan Zero Consulting, I work within the Transport Consulting Team, advising our customers on the trends impacting future e-mobility and how they should respond in order to reduce emission from their transport operations, including:• Defining high level fleet transition strategies taking in consideration fleet size, vehicle types, vehicle use cases, dwell time, and charging requirements• Educating fleets on the implications of transitioning to EVs, including potential impacts on business operations• Outlining potential options for EV charging solutions considering charger type and speed, back-office software solutions, billing and payment options as well as roaming opportunities• Communicating the implications of EVs on the broader decarbonisation agendas, including consideration of green power to supply charge points, potential deployment of battery storage and/or on-site generation• Identifying innovative and tailored solutions to support their fleet decarbonisation ambitions
