About Robert Anderson
I feel like not enough people talk about “coming into your own” later in your career is rarely discussed. Oftentimes, when we begin our careers is when we are most likely to be seen for our potential talents and value within a company. When I started my pharma career, I was a single dad with three growing daughters. I went to work to pay the bills, to keep a roof over their heads, and no matter how dedicated to work I was, I had a school drop off, an after school pick up to consider. My priority was always my family, my job came second. Now, as I find myself enthralled with my career and with my talents, I find myself understanding my worth and capabilities. The passion I have for ensuring medicines are safe and manufactured according to regulations and industry standards, and the need to be innovative along the way is at an all time high.
