As CEO of multiple SERVPRO franchises across the Greater New York City Area, I lead teams dedicated to providing 24/7 emergency restoration services with unwavering commitment to quality and customer care. Since launching my first franchise in 2010, I\'ve expanded to lead six successful SERVPRO locations throughout NYC, including Northern Staten Island, Northwest Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, Forest Hills/Ridgewood, Mill Basin/Flatlands, and Rockaways/Coney Island. Our true measure of success is in the communities we\'ve helped restore. Born and raised in New York, I understand the unique challenges our community faces. We\'re deeply involved in local initiatives through organizations like the American Red Cross, Lion\'s Club, and Catholic Charities.
