Aero Vodochody L‑159 Platform – UK OperationsAs the Type Airworthiness Officer and UK CAA‑accepted 458 Postholder / Nominated Person, I support the UK Type Certificate Holder in ensuring the safe, compliant and reliable operation of the L‑159 platform. I am named in the CAME and hold sole responsibility for all A3‑7 continuing airworthiness activities, including the preparation and submission of all A3‑7 reports directly to the CAA.A3‑7 (Continuing Airworthiness Management under UK CAA BCAR):This approval sets the framework for organisational responsibility for continuing airworthiness. I hold sole accountability for all A3‑7 compliance, documentation and reporting to the CAA, ensuring full alignment with the CAME and regulatory expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all A3‑7 continuing airworthiness tasks, including sole authorship and submission of A3‑7 reports to the CAA.Provide technical and regulatory support to the UK TCH for all continued airworthiness matters affecting the L‑159 fleet.Ensure compliance with EASA and UK CAA regulations, including Part‑21, Part‑145 and A8‑23.Develop, review and approve ICA and Service Bulletins supporting safe and compliant fleet operations.Create and validate repair schemes for critical components and structures.Maintain configuration integrity, conduct risk assessments and support safety investigations.Coordinate airworthiness actions with operators, OEMs, regulators and engineering teams.Core CompetenciesContinuing Airworthiness Management | A3‑7 & CAME Compliance | Regulatory Oversight (CAA/EASA)| ICA & SB Development | Repair Scheme Management | Risk & Configuration Control | Stakeholder & Regulator Engagement
