My passion sparked in my early days at Texas Southern University, and I have since built a career sparking innovation and efficiency to support major initiatives in the aviation industry. As a visionary planning leader, I help companies develop sustainable strategies that elevate infrastructures to support long-term growth goals. Drawing from 21+ years of progressive leadership and an advanced background in transportation planning & management, I excel at directing organizational initiatives. As the newest Aviation Program Director at Jviation, a Woolpert Company, I lead and coordinate key projects that serve clients within our firm’s Aviation market, as well as expand the business to new markets. Before this work, I served as Strategic Planning Manager, Transportation Project Manager, and Senior Environmental Planner for the Clark County Department of Aviation, HDR Engineering, Inc. and the Metropolitan Transit Authority, respectively. Highlights in my career include: Implemented the first formal strategic plan for the Clark County Department of Aviation. Recipient of the “Outstanding Achievement Award for Excellence in Environmental Documentation” award. Re-distributed work assignments for 20+ project leaders after significant COVID-19 transit project delays.
