I joined Vital Farms in July 2022 after six incredible years at REI. This is a truly remarkable place to work. We\'re big enough to create meaningful change in the system that produces all of our food, but small enough that leaders can come here and leave a mark. I love it. Since day one, I have been pushed to move faster and think bigger. I have a phenomenal boss, talented peers and a hungry, growing team that does work we\'re all proud of.My team is responsible for raising brand awareness and building trust across our full stakeholder map - crew (employees), consumers, farmers, retail and foodservice customers, shareholders and the communities where we operate. Every day, we break new ground by establishing capabilities, programs and positions that never existed before at Vital Farms, testing and learning into new tactics, and pushing deeper into programs that are already delivering.
